Deposit policy

All services over $50 may be required to leave up to a 50 % deposit  to book your services. Your deposit will be deducted from your final cost at check out.  Deposits are non refundable on appointment's canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Our stylists time is valuable and last min cancellations effect not only them but other guests that could have had that spot.

Cancellation policy

If for whatever reason you can not make your scheduled appointment please contact the team to cancel. Cancellations 24 hours prior to your scheduled time will result in a loss of your deposit and you will be required to leave a new deposit to schedule your next appointment. No-call/ No-shows will be subject to a $35 charge that must be paid in full to book your next appointment.

COVID-19 policy

With the ever changing developments during the COVID-19 pandemic we are dedicated to serving you while keeping both you and your stylist safe. During this time we will be adhering to all mandates dictated by the state and will be continuously staying up to date on all protocol. All guest will be required to wear a face mask, sign wavers, and adhere to all shop restrictions. Because things are changing so rapidly guests will be updated with current guidelines at the time of booking.
